The third Resident Evil which humanity is facing the extinction. The T-virus has wiped out almost the entire human causing them to turn into mindless, barbaric and disgusting looking zombie and causing the world to become some kind of a wasteland. Oh dear, I hope that would never happen in the real world.Anyway, Milla Jovovich played Alice as usual, now possess a new upgraded psychic power. And she’s kicking ass! The way she escaped from those crazy zombie dogs. Super cool! Ops, there’s a tiny spoiler. Sorry.
However, I must say that I still like the first Resident Evil better. Resident Evil the Extinction doesn’t have as much combat scene which what makes the movie rocks on the first place. Plus, half of the movie, Alice was more of a loner and it made the movie a bit.. quiet. I like it that she has psychic power, though.
The ending was exhilarating but they just love to leave you hanging, don’t they. I honestly hope that there’ll be the fourth Resident Evil although I doubt that since Milla Jovovich is pregnant now, she’ll want to be naked all the time like she always does in the all three Resident Evil’s movies! Haha!
I hereby give Resident Evil the Extinction 4 stars.
